Feeling run down?

Pulses such as lentils, peas and black beans are good sources of energy, and keep your digestive system working properly.

Stay hydrated with lots of water (It depends on the person and how much you exercise but some experts recommend up to 8 glasses a day) If water bores you try diluted fruit juice (preferably sugar free).

Most importantly, get a good nights sleep! Your body can't function if it's tired. Again, different people need different amounts of sleep but 7 – 8 hours is recommended for adults.
