A Bouquet For Mum

20.02.2008

Mums. We love 'em and nothing says 'I love you' better than flowers. Well, apart from diamonds and shoes and holidays but anyway, getting a knock on the door and seeing a big bouquet bursting with bulbs is enough to make any mum blush.

Unfortunately, within a week the once intricately arranged array of reds and yellows and oranges (unless you buy flowers from the garage – loosen the purse strings a little, stingebag) becomes a drooping mess of various shades of brown.

One solution to this little dilemma would be to buy fake flowers. Okay, stop right there. No one wants plastic flowers. If you go into a restaurant and see phoney foliage, class is definitely not the first things that springs to mind.

So, here at the Three's A Crowd offices we were rather intrigued (and a little scared) when we heard about these natural flowers that last for years. Welcome to the world of Vermont Natural Flowers.

These are bouquets hand made entirely from real flowers and foliages with each leaf and flower sorted and selected for the best quality and then crafted into arrangements and bouquets.

These may sound a little strange but they do look gorgeous and the intricate detail that goes into creating these makes them even more special.

We love the bouquet of pink roses (pictured) which would be an ideal mother's day gift that will last for ages as a reminder of what a great job she did bringing you up.

Visit the website or phone them to place an order. The showroom is open from Tuesday - Saturday 11am-6pm.
